Rubber Skirting Board
They are used to solve the problem of installing double sea led skirt rubber board on both sides of the guide groove, which can effectively prevent coal spraying, air leakage and powder running on both sides of the guide groove. It plays an important role in reducing dust concentration in the belt corridor and improving the environment.
Product Usage:
1. The main body of the skirt rubber board is black and made of high- quality imported natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber.On the basis of maintaining increased elasticity, the red multi protection sealing strip is tightly attached to the conveyor belt.
2.The skirt rubber board has good elasticity, low temperature resistance, no cracking, flame retardant,and anti-static properties,making it safer to use.
3..The skirt rubber boards on each side of the guide groove shall be made as a whole as required,with the same length as the guide groove,to prevent air leakage at the joints.
Specification:
1.Thickness of Skirt rubber board: 10- 12 - 15- 18-20mm.
2 .Width of Skirt rubber board: 100mm-350mm.
3.The length of the skirt rubber board is the same as the length of the guide groove according to the on-site requirements.
